DARTMOUTH, Nova Scotia and MONCTON, New Brunswick, [September 23, 2026] - Cabco Technologies today announced its acquisition of Strategic Technology Associates Inc. (Strategic), a Moncton-based managed IT services provider founded in 2007.
The acquisition represents an important step in Cabco’s continued growth and significantly strengthens its presence in New Brunswick. It brings together two established organizations with the goal of delivering effective technology solutions and a shared commitment to providing a great customer experience.

The combination also strengthens Cabco’s presence in the Moncton market and supports its strategy of building a more comprehensive managed IT platform across Atlantic Canada. Strategic’s team of 14 dedicated managed IT professionals will significantly bolster Cabco’s presence in this business-critical market.
